Just over a week ago, Jihad Watch reported that Pastor Paul Song, a “Christian prison chaplain who revealed his Bible meetings were hijacked by Islamic extremists is taking legal action after being punished for whistleblowing.” Kudos to him.
Song had stated that “inmates had taken over the prison’s Christian chapel and praised the killers of murdered soldier Lee Rigby,” and “described fearing for his safety after being assaulted and racially abused by Islamic inmates.”
Like many others, Pastor Song was punished for telling the truth about Islamic offenses. After all, it’s “Islamophobic” to do so. His bosses fired him and he was banned for ten years from his prison chaplaincy. But his case has moved quite swiftly, and we may hope that justice will prevail in the end.
The high court has now decided that Pastor Song’s case “will not proceed to judicial review but will be heard at a county court instead.”
Song’s reports about his experience backs up information that has been known for quite some time about the deplorable and embarrassing state of British jails, which have been described as “jihadi training camps” in which Muslim prison gangs are beating prisoners who won’t convert to Islam. What’s equally troubling is the willingness of authorities to turn a blind eye and allow prison radicalization to proliferate.
“Prison chaplain ousted for warning of extremism gets court hearing,” Christian Post, January 16, 2021:
The case of a pastor banned from prison chaplaincy for 10 years will not proceed to judicial review but will be heard at a county court instead, the high court decided on Tuesday.
Pastor Paul Song, 51, a former detective, was banned from the chaplaincy after a 2018 whistleblowing interview with the Mail on Sunday in which he alleged that Islamic extremists had hijacked his chapel and Bible classes at HMP Brixton.
In the interview, he said inmates had taken over the prison’s Christian chapel and praised the killers of murdered soldier Lee Rigby.
He described fearing for his safety after being assaulted and racially abused by Islamic inmates.
“Some openly spoke in the chapel in support of Islamic State [terrorist group],” he said.
Supported by the Christian Legal Centre, Song brought a high court claim for judicial review against the secretary of state for justice over the decision to exclude him.
Judge Julian Goose said, however, that his case should be heard at county court where crucial and contested witness evidence can be heard.
Responding to the judgment, Song said he was determined to continue his fight for justice and reveal the truth about Islamic extremism in British prisons.
“I am looking forward to bringing it to the county court where the full extent of Islamic extremism at Brixton prison and the actions of the authorities which led to my removal will be exposed,” he said.
“I was deeply shocked and hurt when I received the letter telling me that I would be banned for 10 years from doing what I have been called to do through my Christian faith.
“After 20 years of service supporting vulnerable inmates at HMP Brixton, I have been severely punished for exposing the truth….

Looks like we are all speechless re this. It should never have been allowed, that he was threatened, denied his right to conduct services in peace and quiet.

Everyone in the system knows that the fanatical Muslims in the prisons are coercing other inmates to join their Islamic groups … but they don’t have the guts of Paul Song to speak out about the abuse.
If chaplains cannot defend the rights of the inmates, who can?

do hope the truth will finely come out and that Muslims have no intension of assimilating they are only out to conquer.

That is what islam stands for , lying and cheating and beeing wrongfully accused and deceipt and deception and the worst thing is that even when a chaplain exposes Islamic practices and their wrong doings it is not the islamic prisoners who are beeing rebuked , it’s the chaplain . Because nowadays it works like that ; you look at the chaplain and according to his record he never had any complaints by inmates , he is well liked amog them and he fullfills his chaplaincy with seriousness and devotion so he must be the one who is wrong . Then you look at the muslim inmates who constantly disturbe christian services and create disruption whenever they can and who constantly complain about non halal food and prayer times and you come to the conclusion that the poor dear muslim inmates are beeing falsely accused .That is what happens when the woeld is upside down . Thank God the chaplain is asian so I don’t have to listen to the crap of a white christian supremacist accusing muslum inmates wrongfully.

The entire justice system in England is so corrupted it is hard to know where to begin. The media should have been on alert after seeing what happened to Tommy Robinson but they were asleep at the wheel on that one while he got railroaded into prison without any legitimate charge, he was abducted off the street basically by a system that was put in place to do the exact opposite of what they actually did do.
So a Christian minister getting shafted by the system comes as no surprise I guess, let’s see if he can extract some kind of real justice and what the media does with it.

“The media should have been on alert after seeing what happened to Tommy Robinson…”
Of course, but don’t count on any real journalism from the BBC…
JimJFox says
Exactly, James. The UK legal system, media and police are all complicit in the continuing persecution of Robinson & much of the general public approve of it. The woke generation has no concept of, nor respect for freedom of speech and thought, such is the sickening state of affairs in the UK. Best thing I ever did was to migrate 40 years ago.

I got the impression that many were more concerned about the image of the cult of Satan and the scum who follow it than they were about the victims of those despicable rape gangs.
It is a very strange phenomenon, it’s like they see the reverse of everything they look at, you show them lying scum and they see righteousness, you show them someone who is trying to expose the lowlife scum and they want to tar and feather the whistle blower because he is trying to damage the saintly preconceptions they had of Muslims.
It isn’t like they are in any danger of adjusting their naïve ridiculous preconceptions; they just want to get rid of the troublemaker so they don’t run the risk of getting any delicate parts in their head damaged.

I’ll be amazed if this ends up in court. An out of court settlement is on the cards, the prison service won’t want the truth being revealed in court. After all, that would be Islamofauxbic.

UK: Prison chaplain who was banned for 10 years for warning about ‘Islamic extremism’ in jails gets court hearing

Grotesque miscarriage of justice for daring to tell the truth.

It’s disgraceful what this man is having to go through, I do wish him all the best in court.
